I’m proud of the way my servers work a party and how they handle themselves professionally. Most of them have been with me for many years and all of them share my passion for great food. Knowing how to integrate with the guests and make their experience more comfortable is both a science and an art. It takes practice and patience and perfecting it comes from experience.
