My catering philosophy revolves around the belief that the simpler the menu, the better the food will taste. I strive toward creating menus that are clean, simple, distinctive and elegant. Menus that are reflective of contemporary food trends and styling. My menu ideas are inspired by everything around me. I’m aware of the foods I taste while dining out and when traveling abroad. I borrow flavors from different cultures, mix ingredients and match wines to compliment my creations. For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about great tasting food and the excitement of creating parties fuels this passion. I love catering because I can help my clients orchestrate and produce the party that they envision.
