For me, a party isn’t just about the food and the setting, but having a good understanding of who the guests will be allows me to prepare the most appropriate menu. You see, every catered event is unique. Everyone involved spends days planning and preparing the food, choosing the cocktails, dressing the tables, rehearsing the music, and then, when the party begins, it always takes on a life of it’s own. I’ve seen this happen many times and no one can plan for this journey. As a seasoned caterer, I’ve learned to remain flexible and stay in tune with the rhythm of each party. And above all, to listen to and evolve with the needs of the guests. Quite simply, it’s how I’m able to let you relax and be a guest at your own party.
